How to start a voice AI agency in six steps
1. Pick one kind of client
Choose one sector you know, for example dental practices. Their callers ask the same questions, so one good agent serves every client in that sector.
2. Build one agent and test it
Describe the business in plain words, add its services and let the platform read its website. Test it with calls from your browser until it answers well.
3. Sell with a test call
Ask the owner to ring the agent and ask what their own callers ask.
4. Connect the client’s own number
The client forwards their number to the agent or connects their provider’s SIP account. Callers keep dialling the number they know.
5. Set your price
You can charge a one-off setup fee plus a monthly price. The pricing models below show three ways to do it.
6. Report every month
Send each client the number of calls, the messages taken and what you changed in the agent that month.

After the greeting the agent says the caller is speaking with an AI. Recording can be set to ask first, to a notice, or off.

Will my clients see the Stemvo name?
Your clients see your logo and colours in the dashboard, and e-mails from the platform carry your agency’s name. Your own web address and invoices in your name come later; until then you invoice your clients yourself. Stemvo is listed as a sub-processor in your data processing agreement with each client.
Can my clients keep their phone number?
Yes. They forward their number to the agent or connect their provider’s SIP account. A client with only a mobile number takes a low-cost virtual number from a phone provider, connects it to the agent and forwards the mobile to it.
We use another platform’s agency plan. Can we move?
