Privacy and security for every call

Stemvo stores calls, transcripts and recordings in Europe, lets you decide how long they are kept and offers a data processing agreement under the GDPR. Every agent tells callers at the start that they are speaking to an AI assistant.

How call data is handled

What happens to a call after the caller hangs up.

Stored in Europe

Recordings, transcripts and summaries are stored on servers in the European Union.

Retention you set

Keep recordings and transcripts for a day, a month or longer. They are deleted automatically after that.

Data processing agreement

Sign our data processing agreement as a business or agency, with the list of sub-processors attached.

Access by role

Decide who in your team can listen to recordings, read transcripts or only see summaries.

Encrypted

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Export and delete

Export a caller’s data or delete it on request, from the dashboard or the API.

AI disclosure in every greeting

EU rules require people to be told when they are talking to an AI system. Every Stemvo agent says so in its greeting, in the caller’s language, and you can choose the exact wording.
